It’s really very simple. You fill out a basic needs assessment. We schedule an action and exploration session. We assess what areas of your life could use a little more focus and action, and we build an action plan for you to get moving. And finally-you’ll discover that you’ve had all the tools all along, and just needed a little perspective, a little focus, and a little push in the right direction. Maybe you feel as though life is passing you by, or your focus on work or family has led to a diminished sense of self-worth or efficacy. You may look at others and wonder how they find the time, the energy, or the ambition to do what they do. You may look back at times in your life when you felt happy and fulfilled-and simply miss that feeling. Whatever the case, your life coach can point you in a different direction, keep you motivated and encouraged, and provide you with insight, and techniques by which you can get the most from your life and be the best YOU that you can be. I work with clients to have them identify what’s really behind their desire for change and help them see the way forward as a positive process, rather than a pressured effort to achieve some outcome. Together we will work to maximize your potential and ease your concerns. The life-coaching program is designed to increase your level of personal fulfillment, satisfaction and overall enjoyment. Through discussion, structured exercises, and personal writing exercises we will identify your interests, personal style, needs and values.
